The Power Of Giving

Luke:6:38: Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it shall be measured to you again.

 Most Christians are loosing out on GOD's best. this is a principle that most Muslims use which bears more fruits for them. For JESUS just said give and it will be given back to you. So whether you are a Christian or Muslim it will be given back to you. It all comes to trust most Christians claim to love GOD and trust him yet their faith is dead or without works. In other words when GOD speaks to them to give they go ask their friends or do partial obedience.

 When Abraham was asked to give his son Isaac he impressed GOD so much by proving his faith in GOD by carrying out what he was to do. Do like wise and GOD will surprise you. I heard of a guy fellow Christian whom GOD spoke to give his latest Vogue Range Rover so he went ahead and gave it to a certain man of GOD. A few days later he came after checking with his friends who convinced him that he did not hear GOD right. He came to the man of GOD and took back his car saying he made a mistake and gave the man of GOD a couple of thousands a tiny fraction of the value of the car. Two weeks later the owner of the car had a terrible accident the car was damaged beyond repair he became mad walking the streets eating in rubbish bins. GOD sees the future he knew the devil was out to attack this man that is why he asked him to give to this man of GOD so that the grace that is upon the man of GOD would have protected him. Besides the day he had the accident he would have been somewhere entirely different there by avoiding the accident.

Another story is one concerning a grounds man tending the garden of large organization goes to church he hears GOD speak to him to give. He ends up giving with tears. When he got home his kid ask him why were you crying when you gave the money. The father tells the kid that was money for your brothers fees. A few days later the Managing director calls him into his office with other members of the management team. The MD tells other managers that he is retiring so they have to send the gardener to school to learn to read and write, for he is the one to take over as the boss of the whole company. Imagine the surprise to the gardener and the shock to management staff.

 There is power in giving especially in obedience what is it that GOD has told you to give? You can not out give GOD. Test the LORD as it is written and see he is good. When GOD speaks to you do not ask anyone just do it and GOD will blow your mind with his goodness.
