The devil is nothing, has nothing and can do nothing

If only some preachers spent their time preaching more of Christ than Satan or the devil as he is called. Then we would have Christians spotting satan a mile away.
I heard that those trained to spot counterfeit money are taught only about the original. I bet the understanding is once you know the real money you can easily spot a fake a mile away

Preach JESUS Christ and him crucified the fake will run on off itself. JESUS is the only way the truth and the life no one goes to the father except through JESUS. When I hear someone preaching about the devil and his ways, it put's me off. I usually change the dial. I mean look in the bible they never went into much detail about the devil. Should we say the holy spirit made a mistake.

I hear preachers cursing the devil calling him all sorts some say I chop your head I kill you devil.all sorts of ridiculous things yet it says in Jude:1:9: Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, did not dare bring against him a slanderous accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke you.
Michael did no curse or waste his time with a condemned adversary.

Even the LORD JESUS when tempted he just used scripture upon scripture Mathew 4:3-10 and even the devil used scripture can you believe it. What does that tell you the devil knows scripture and he knows it works else he would not have used it.
Instead of binding the devil use scripture to counter his lies and any temptation.
Now concerning the devil he is a spent force stripped of his powers. when they accused JESUS of healing with the power of the devil he said

M't:12:29: how can one enter into a strong man's(satan) house, and spoil his goods, except he first bind the strong man(satan)? and then he(JESUS) will spoil his house. Meaning the devil has been bound giving us GOD's children free reign. JESUS even when on to say in Joh:12:31: Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world[satan,devil] be cast out.
He devil was cast out from GOD's presence he can no longer accuse us to GOD because our sins GOD remembers no more.

When JESUS was about to be crucified he told peter satan has asked to sift you as wheat notice satan asked from who? GOD who else. Let us put this fact straight GOD has no equal nor has JESUS any equal. The devil is a created being like you and me and he can not work outside GOD's Power.

With Job the devil could not do anything to JOB. until GOD allowed him but notice GOD said touch not his life and the devil did just that. If the devil was all powerful as some make him to be couldn't he have killed JOB for the fun of it. Nothing happens on earth unless GOD says so. Now can you agree with me that the devil is nothing, has nothing and can do nothing


JESUS even said in luke:10:18-19: And he said unto them, I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. I have given you authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and to overcome all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
IF you are in Christ then all power and authority has been given to you, yeah you! do not be fooled by what seems like the perfect storm it is nothing, and like a puff of smoke it will go away. It is written greater is he in you than the one outside. You have Christ in you and when you speak for or against whatever in the name of JESUS in has to obey. Why? because you have authority given by GOD himself.

All those who are in Christ will have all these signs follow them as written in mark 16:17-18 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up snakes in their hands; and if they drink any deadly poison, it shall not hurt them at all; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.

Let us wake up church The devil is nothing has nothing and can do nothing. All power belongs to us through JESUS name amen.

Once Saved Always Saved

There is a heavy debate on this issue where some say once saved always saved. And others argue. Personally I lean toward those who say Once saved always saved. I believe this with every fiber of my body. It is written in Romans "And Abraham believed God, and it was reckoned to him as righteousness" (Rom. 4:3) Let us go back to the beginning with Abraham we pick it up in Genesis chapter 15. In verse 6 it says” And Abraham believed God, and it was reckoned to him as righteousness” when GOD made a lot of promises to Abraham because he believed what GOD said he was deemed righteous. Now forward to Genesis chapter 17 when Abraham was told that he was going to have a kid through his barren wife, his reaction was this in Genesis 17:17 Abraham fell facedown; he laughed and said to himself, “Will a son be born to a man hundred years old? Will Sarah bear a child at the age of ninety?” But notice the following verses that GOD completely ignores what Abraham said, his doubts and GOD actuary grants Abraham his request about Ishmael while he still had doubts about GOD. Even the conception of Ishmael was Abraham trying to help GOD yet this was not counted to him as sin. Now if you read genesis 18 GOD visits Abraham again this time he tells him next year your wife will have a child. Sarah over hears and she laughs in her thoughts this time around GOD gets offended with her doubts. Notice however that GOD only commented on Sarah’s doubts and ignored completely Abrahams when he laughed. What does that mean? Once declared righteous you are not condemned any more, no, not even by GOD himself. Let us also look at another example of the grace of GOD. JOB what can I say about him lets see what the bible says about him. In chapter 1:1 & 8 we are told he was blameless and up right, in other words righteous. He went through so much and he complained said allsorts of things. But GOD declared his friends guilty and left out JOB. Why? He was blameless before GOD. GOD had already declared him righteous. once saved always saved. Even now it is written in Romans 8:1 there is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus. It is a fundamental Christian belief that we are justified by faith. Justification means that God declares a sinner to be righteous. It is done by crediting, by reckoning the righteousness of Jesus to the sinner. This is done by faith. That is, when the sinner puts his faith in the sacrifice of JESUS and trusts in Him and not himself for righteousness, then GOD justifies him. If you truly believe in JESUS and his finished work on the cross then once saved always saved period. However faith without works is dead as James rightly puts it in (James 2:20.) hear me out before you put me off. James is simply saying that if you ‘say' you are a Christian, then there had better be some appropriate works manifested or your faith is false. You see demons also believe there is GOD and tremble. Yet their faith is dead because actions do not correspond to the belief. This sentiment is echoed in (1 John 2:4) which says, "If you say you have come to know Him, yet you do not keep His commandments, then the truth is not in you and you are a liar." There are people who say they are Christians, but do not manifesting any of the fruit of Christianity. Can this faith justify? Can the dead ‘faith' that someone has which produces no change in a person and no good works before men and God be a faith that justifies? Absolutely not. However, that faith, if it is true, will result in deeds appropriate to salvation. It is not merely enough to say you believe in Jesus. You must actually believe and trust in Him. If you actually do, then you will demonstrate that faith by a changed and godly life. If not, then your profession is of no more value than the same profession of demons: "Who believe there is GOD but act in disobedience." After all, didn't God say in (Eph. 2:8-10,) "For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, that no one should boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them." Notice the (Eph. 2:10) is says we are created for good works, which GOD prepared beforehand. So if you pray the sinners prayer yet are habitually disobeying GOD not doing his good works as GOD intends it. You are a fraud. GOD is simple but if you want to be a smart ass he becomes mysterious. Be careful GOD is not mocked. The Grace of GOD is really amazing to those that are truly saved. However, how do you know if one is truly saved? JESUS put it rightly you shall know them by their fruit not miracles as some tend to think. I repeat know them by the fruit. (James 2:14–26) is sometimes taken out of context in an attempt to create a works-based system of righteousness, but that is contrary to many other Scriptures. I am not saying that our works make us righteous before God, but I am making it clear that real saving faith is demonstrated by good works. Imagine a lion once it is born hunts and do what lions do. The same with true salvation you are adopted into the family of GOD would it be out of character if you act like JESUS? Works are not the cause of salvation; works are the evidence of salvation. So once truly saved always saved.

Follow The HOLY SPIRIT

Most times in the bible we notice that JESUS healed on the Sabbath against the laws of Moses or rather against religion of the day. On the surface you would think that Jesus was wrong, but JESUS is GOD what better way to follow GOD law than through the master himself. I like on one occasion where JESUS told his critics that Go read again what in means “I desire mercy not sacrifice.” Also in Hebrews 10:8 It says “Sacrifices and offerings, burnt offerings and sin offerings you did not desire nor were you pleased with them” Although the law required them to be made. The spirit through which the laws were given was no longer in play in other words the Pharisees added on a lot of burdens that they themselves could not bear. JESUS was practically saying to them one better than the written laws is here. The great I am, the true image of the father right in your face and you are missing the days of your visitation. Rather than allow GOD himself to reveal to them how to apply the laws. JESUS was trying to say you are missing a key ingredient here LOVE. Where is the love? Those you love, you show mercy. Through out life man has somehow conceived this notion that to get to GOD one has to treat the body harshly or very strict with the laws more into external rules. Yet GOD is clear with what he wants Mic 6:8: He hath showed you, O man, what is good; and what does the LORD require of you, to act justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your GOD? Yet I have noticed even in my own church leadership telling people to fast almost half the year not knowing why we are fasting. Those that just follow fasted till they were tired and it just fizzled away. Me on the other hand I do not fast unless the HOLY SPIRIT leads me to. It is not what the rules say but what the spirit of the LORD is saying at that particular time in line with the word of course. This year they announced 21 days fast at my church but me and my wife agreed unless GOD tells us to fast, we are not going to fast. Then half way in the month we went to visit a pastor friend. While discussing some issues he tells us the SPIRIT of the LORD says we should take an Esta fast. There and then we both felt in our spirits that we should do that. As we always do we went home and prayed over it the HOLY SPIRIT confirmed that was what He wanted us to do. You see if I had gone with the multitudes I would have missed GOD. I see a lot of churches say Tithes are for your local church and all that and some say not just the local church but tithes are for where ever you are fed the word of GOD. The latter being televangelist of course chipping in on the tithes to boost income. But tell you what eeh! If you are lead by the spirit shouldn’t you listen to what the SPIRIT of the LORD says. Personally I pray over what ever GOD gives me after all it belongs to GOD. Who in the world knows best how his money should be spent than the LORD himself. Go on try it, don’t be wearied down with religion let the HOLY SPIRIT lead, you will be amazed. One Sunday in church as we were worshiping I had tithe money with me. The HOLY SPIRIT told me go give that guy a certain amount and that one and that one. After all that I had no more money then I remembered a friend whom I had in mind to give something. I new the HOLY SPIRIT wanted me to give him something but I said in my heart LORD if only I had such amount. Immediately a guy came from nowhere and gave me exactly what I had in mind of giving that other guy right there and then in church. Mind you I am not saying; do not give to your church, no not at all. All I am saying is seek GOD first.

Where Is Your GOD

Where Is your GOD? That is the question most people who see us going through challenges ask to followers of JESUS. If you are a follower of Christ then people have asked this question either directly or indirectly. Yet JESUS said no servant is greater than his master. What they said to JESUS they will say to you. They spat at him called him all sorts they even said “He saved others; let him save himself if he is the Christ of GOD, the Chosen One,” Luke 23:35b. This is GOD the son they were talking about. Knowing JESUS, the way I do, he really is the son GOD. It could not have been that difficult for GOD to come save him. Come on this is the Creator of heaven and earth he who calls the moon and sun and they come at once to present themselves before him. It is but a small thing for GOD Like JESUS pray for them that scorn you, that GOD should forgive them for they know not what they are talking about or doing. For the glory that was set before him he despised the shame imagine his own creation spiting at him. The very people he came to save ridiculing him making fun of him. Unlike us he had all the power within him to save himself yet he was obedient till death. Like JESUS let GOD’s will have its perfect way. Having the gone through the will of GOD you become mature and complete, not lacking anything. Submit yourself to GOD, resist the devil and he will free from you. Submission means trusting fully that GOD has got your back. Then cover yourself with the blood of JESUS and confess in line with GOD’s word to your situation and go testify what GOD is doing in your life to other believers or anyone who can listen. The devil will free from you himself. I don’t care what you believe but the devil is a spent force. I will just give you one example in JOB. In Job 1:10 Have you not put a hedge around him and his household and anything he has? You have blessed the work of his hands, so that his herds and flocks are spread throughout the land.This was said by the devil and It clearly shows that the devil cannot touch GOD’s children without GOD allowing it. So who is in control obviously GOD. He is still on that throne He neither sleeps nor slumbers He has His eye on you. Like JESUS you also may have to go through momentary pain but look ahead to what GOD has in store for you. Our GOD is always there he said he will never leave you nor forsake you. Right believing leads to right living.

Make Up Your Mind Who You Believe

James 1:8 A double minded man is unstable in all his ways. If you are asking for things from GOD or waiting on God then make up your mind concerning your confessions. What you are confessing before GOD and your confession before people must be the same! It will do you no good to spend time worshiping God by confessing His Word over a situation and then continually say exactly the opposite to your friends. Remember what James said. Really make up your mind. Is GOD's Word the TRUTH in your life, or are the present circumstances the truth in your life? Which is it? On what are you going to make your stand? Circumstances or GOD's Word? Once you make your mind to choose GOD's Word then you never let your mouth speak circumstances contrary to what GOD has already said. It’s not always easy honestly it is very difficult on the flesh and, if you are human as I am, you will sometimes stumble and say the wrong thing. But don’t worry repent and move on. When you study the grace of GOD it puts us in a situation where our sins are remembered no more. In other words if you stumble dust yourself and move on. Don’t dwell on your short comings God isn’t keeping track of your faults. Even David a man after GOD’s heart got discouraged but his secret was to bounce back and encourage himself. Imagine it took him several years to get that which GOD had already promised. In the process being pursued day and night. In one instant while in anguish David cry out to GOD in psalms 42 yet notice that David encourages himself within the same psalm. In other words David continues to confess the right things in agreement with GOD. Abraham was given that name from Abram. Abraham meant father of many nations so each time anyone asked his name he would say (Abraham) father of many nations. In so doing he was establishing it and those who were calling his name were also establishing it. They were all in agreement with GOD so even when he made a blunder of sleeping with the maid. He continued to confess in agreement with GOD. Eventually at the appointed time GOD made it manifest to Abraham. You too keep saying the right confessions in agreement with GOD and he is bound to bring it to pass.

Waiting on GOD is not easy

If you have ever waited for someone you will understand waiting is difficult and now try waiting on GOD and if you are honest it is even out of this world way beyond difficult. It is impossible if I may say to wait on GOD without the help of the HOLY SPIRIT. GOD is not in a hurry like the way we are. All he ask is that you trust him. When you want to understand trust you just have to look at kids until they grow up they always think you can afford to buy anything in any given shop. You can also look at babies when you throw them up they are usually smiling knowing that you will hold them before they get down. That is the best description of faith. That is the kind of trust that GOD is looking for in us followers of Christ. We need to rejoice always because we know he who is our father will not let us down. Letting us down is letting his son JESUS down who gave us the right to be called the sons of GOD. I have to be honest with you waiting on GOD is not easy for while you are waiting on GOD life goes on. Problems arise that could be solved by GOD fulfilling his promise to you. Yet GOD seems to ignore your problems and he asks so much of you. GOD will ask you to give when you yourself need the help. I am writing firsthand information things that happened to me. While waiting on GOD I have been asked to give whatever I had. I have been asked to increase the percentage of my tithe, to tithe with loan money before I even touch it yet I lost the truck due to the same Loan. I have been asked to give money that a customer gave me for services not yet rendered I gave it but somehow down the line the customer got me arrested. The amazing thing is that while in a police cell I met a man who had a call from GOD and all I went into the cell was to pray for everyone in the cell plus confirm GOD’s call on this man. All things work for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose. When I had just started following JESUS I was looking for instant fulfillment of his word. It is said give and it will be given to you. However GOD did not give the exact time frame. All these things GOD asked me to give and yet as I am writing I am homeless again broke not a single penny to my name. To make even things worse did a business with some Christian friends who knew my situation they knew the money I was investing was all I had. As soon as we bought stuff and started selling they started being funny avoiding us. Now they owe us millions we are broke because of our fellow Christian friends. People ask me what have you done I tell them nothing. I just left them after all it’s not my business that provides for me but my GOD. Besides the HOLY SPIRIT told me to just forgive them and let go. I would be lying if I say it did not hurt me to the core. But there is something about JESUS he has helped me to see things from a different point of view. While it may seem harsh yet what GOD has promised me, you would not believe if I told you. It will make your ears tingle nothing like it has ever happened in Malawi, probably the world over. I have gone through so much shame and reproach yet the glory set before me, makes me look at my problems, the shame and reproach as nothing. I love JESUS more now than ever. Now in hind sight I look at it all as the HOLY SPIRIT has been positioning me to receive what GOD has for me. It is written no one knows the mind of GOD except The HOLY SPIRIT for it searches all things in GOD. When we pray in tongues the spirit alters secrets to GOD and GOD reveals all things to our spirit. When you are asked to give by the HOLY SPIRIT you are just being positioned to receive so much more. The more you are asked to give the more GOD wants to give to you. When I say more it has nothing to do with the value or amount it is all in proportion to what you have. It is written taste the LORD and see he is good boy have I tasted the LORD and I can assure you he is good. It is all about his grace. Having done the will of GOD and you are still struggling with life, what then. I say wait on the lord and continue to do all that you have been doing. Continue in doing good for in due season you will reap. The bottom line is all about the appointed time. Habakkuk 2:3 “For the promise a waits an appointed time; it speaks of the end and will not prove false. Though it tallies wait for it, it will certainly co me to pass it will not delay.” In other words your waiting or my waiting is there because the appointed time has not yet come. Believe me no devil has been created that can stop GOD’s promise from materializing when it is our due time. It will surely come to pass. Start thanking GOD like JESUS and speak of things that are not as if they are. Are you sick? then start saying I am healed. Are you broke? then start saying I am rich. The just shall live by faith. All the promises in JESUS are yes and amen. If you say you are rich when circumstances say otherwise you are just exercising your faith. Keep speaking of things that are not as if they are and soon the waiting will be over.

The end from the begining

GOD speaks things that are not as if they are in other words GOD will finish a thing first before he starts then he starts from the beginning going through the process. When you read the scriptures in the old testament they clearly spoke about Christ JESUS the things that he had to go through to the letter. In john 17: 4-5 I have brought you glory on earth by completing the work you gave me to do. And now, Father, glorify me in your presence with the glory I had before the world began. You see JESUS was already glorified before the world began and he came on earth to go through the process from the beginning. Note verse 4 he said I have completed the work you sent me to do. Yet it was before he was crucified you see he spoke things that are not as if they were. He was establishing it and even when his flesh got the better of him it had no chance because JESUS had already spoken the end of it. So when JESUS was so stressed that his sweat had blood in it. GOD the father never changed his mind because it was established from the foundation of the world. What I’m I saying If GOD has spoken promises to you then it is surely going to be fulfilled for GOD has declared the end from the beginning. Have you noticed that when a word of prophecy has been spoken to you then all hell broke loose. GOD is not a man to lie nor is he a son of man to change his mind when he speaks it is as good as done and when he promise he fulfills(numbers23:19.)When GOD has spoken he speaks of the end first then you start going through the process to attain that which GOD has provided in the spirit. Many people want the blessing without the process. GOD is very economical with the details that you will face through the process, you may ask why. Remember the children of Israel when they were told to go poses the land the wanted the details of who they were going to face the size of the enemy and if indeed the land was as good as GOD said it was. My friend revelations are for us and secrets are for GOD. GOD is so good he knows you inside out. He knows what makes and breaks you he is just protecting you from yourself. Fear is a big problem with us humans it takes the focus from our GOD. We forget how big he is instead we focus on our little problems. With fear we tend to magnify our problems instead of seeing our GOD for who he is LORD GOD ALMIGHTY. So what are you going through are you waiting on GOD. If GOD has promised you things they are bound to come to pass. Habakkuk 2:3 “For the promise a waits an appointed time; it speaks of the end and will not prove false. Though it tallies wait for it, it will certainly come to pass it will not delay.” Meditate on this scripture and you will see that whatever GOD has promised was the end of the process. It is just waiting for the appointed time and I love this “even though it tallies wait for it, for it will not delay.” In plain English it won’t be early nor will it be late, it will be on time GOD’s time not yours. This too shall pass hold on GOD loves you, believe this above all that the enemy is saying.

The Key To Obedience

If GOD ask you to give or do something then you go and ask your friend or your relatives then you are not fit for the services of GOD. Moses was told to go poses the land of Israel but Moses entertained the idea of the children of Israel to go spy the land first in the end ten spies went only two brought a good report the rest scared off the children of Israel. It cost them forty years delay to poses the land that GOD was ready to give them there and then. The point is when GOD speaks just go for it no need to ask around. I remember I was once told to tell a man of GOD something concerning decisions he was making about a fellow pastor who was also more of a friend to me. I told the concerned pastor what the LORD was saying and he out rightly told me not to tell the other pastor as he will think that he put me up for it. I told him I did not care I knew it was from GOD after all I was just a messenger. Well to make long story short I told the man of GOD what the LORD had told me to tell him. Boy he was pissed off with me saying all sorts “GOD cannot speak to you, that is not GOD that was speaking to you.” So I told plainly to the man of GOD “don’t worry GOD is not a GOD of confusion he will confirm what I have told you If indeed it is GOD.” He was stubborn did things his way and all hell broke loose in the church. People left the church. A couple months another member of the church whom he felt GOD spoke through had a vision confirming exactly what I told him. My friends, GOD can speak through anyone imagine he spoke through a donkey to Balaam. What was the problem with the man of GOD he went and consulted with other pastors instead of acting on it there and then. GOD knows best. And he is no respecter of persons. There are some instructions that God gives me and I just do without telling my wife. Imagine If Abraham had to ask Sarah what she thought about GOD’s instruction to sacrifice her only son. Do you honestly think Sarah would have allowed Abraham. You see there are some negative consequences to our decisions that we make most people want to get close to GOD. But there is a price to pay whatever or where ever your heart is that’s where GOD will test you most he wants your heart focused on him alone. What is in your hand belongs to someone else.
