Why Complain When You Have A Father

You going through tough times instead of complaining to a friend go to GOD boldly and tell him how you feel. You see the children of Israel pissed off GOD because they were busy complaining amongst themselves, when they were supposed to kneel down and make know their request. After all they had seen with their own eyes, what GOD was capable off. The way I look at it GOD knows your deepest thoughts. You see we human beings do things for two reasons the real one and the one that looks good. Unfortunately it is the for the reason that looks good that most people do things. So GOD always wants to know the real reason behind it.

Well in actual sense he knows already but for your sake he may allow some hardships to test you. Deuteronomy 8: 2-3 Remember how the LORD your God led you all the way in the desert these forty years, to humble you and to test you in order to know what was in your heart, whether or not you would keep his commands. He humbled you, causing you to hunger and then feeding you with manna, which neither you nor your fathers had known, to teach you that man does not live on bread alone but on every word that comes from the mouth of the LORD. You see when squeezed we tend to bring out who we really are. When you say LORD I trust you, then GOD says OK lets see how much you really trust me so he will allow some hardships if you stand to the end you get the crown. It is easy to say you love GOD when all things are going well so you may have to prove your faith in GOD even in times of drought.

They said in Greece there was a race in which the winner was not necessarily the first one to get to the finish line; But the one who finished with his fire still on his torch. So what ever you do don't lose the fire. Most Christians get to the finish line without the fire. They give up or compromise and lose the fire along the way. As it is written no temptation is greater that our ability to handle and all are common to man. Imagine Abraham was asked to sacrifice his only son that he waited years to have. Yet he did not hesitate because he knew his GOD. Some of you even to give out a tiniest thing that GOD asks you is a struggle, and you expect GOD to use you mightily. As it is written in Isaiah 1-19 If you are willing and obedient you shall eat the best of the land. To keep the fire burning you have to be willing and obedient. especially if you want to stand out then obedience is a must.

GOD is a father who hears and answers prayers he has vast resources and he is more eager to give, all we have to do is receive. JESUS rightly put it that if us humans give our kids what they want how much more will our father give to those who ask. Stop Complaining and keep asking. It is written ask and you shall receive seek and you shall find and knock and it shall be opened to you.

Always seek GODS wisdom in these tough times if you try to do it yourself you will not succeed. If you have not received the Holy Spirit you better do, the Holy Spirit empowers the believer. It is written we know not what to pray for but the Spirit which knows all things intercede on our behalf. Like in my case the Holy Spirit has been constantly speaking to me to give even when i had nothing to give. The Holy Spirit kept demanding a lot of things off me. I kept obeying not because I am good at it but because I have the holy spirit which enables me. You see the Holy Spirit was positioning me to receive as it is written give and it shall be given.

Let us hold on to JESUS I know sometimes you just want GOD to hurry and finish what ever He is doing in you.GOD is so good, though He is silent at times. Just remember all things work together for the good of those who love GOD and who are called according to his will and purpose. Pray to GOD to give you a thankful heart no matter what the situation is. Stop complaining and start thanking GOD instead.

 

GODS Word Does Not Fail

My country has just gone through an election and the LORD led us to believe that the next president will be a fellow christian. He happens to be the former head of assemblies of GOD in Malawi, Dr Chakwera is his name.

Right now the problem is what is going on in Malawi on the ground is chaotic. Many Christians lost hope when it was announced that the unofficial result showed DPP as the front runners. Even I did not understand till I heard a credible source that they have rigged. It took time for the country to catch up to the fact that there was rigging. Now as a christian I chose not to listen to what is going on but rather what GOD has said to me. You see faith comes by hearing and it include the junk we hear. Faith in GOD comes from GODS word,on the other hand faith in other thing comes from hearing other things. GODS word is truth and it does not change. It is only facts that change with time.

Like Lazarus in the bible when JESUS was first told about his sickness he said his sickness is not to death. Yet JESUS tallied and Lazarus eventually died. But four days later, in comes JESUS on the scene and Lazarus was brought back to life. The fact that Lazarus was dead changed after four days but the truth of JESUS word was the same that this sickness is not to death. After four days Lazarus still had life as per JESUS word.

Let me tell you a story.

Last year the LORD told me to tell this pastor from a refuge camp that He was going to visit him and he was going to be sent to UK before the end of 2013. To my surprise the year ended and nothing happened. Then this year in march I met the pastor at church I was on the last day of an Esta fast. As I was talking to him I heard the spirit of the LORD tell me to tell the pastor that his time had now come. Believe me I hesitated I thought yeah right last time I said that nothing happened. Then the Holy Spirit was assertive told me to tell him. So I told him that the LORD was saying his time had come to be visited

He looked at me with teary eyes and he told me that last year he was put up for a placement for UK with his family. However Some people made up a false story and they were blacklisted. Then one of the guys who cooked up the story died and the other guy felt guilty and did not want to die with this thing with him. So the guy went and confessed to camp authority what he did. So that week they were called and told what had happened; and they were told that the situation has changed as such they were next for a placement. You know I had prayed to GOD the usual why LORD why, but GOD was at work he does not want anyone to perish. It did not mean his word failed but for the sake of those who lied he gave them a chance to repent. Bless his Holy name.

This year the LORD lead to believe Chakwera for MCP is the leader to heal Malawi and that he is GODS choice. SO we told some family and friends and things started to twist and turn. Now most family and friends started believing us when it appeared like MCP was winning then things turned. Now we are a laughing stock because it looks like DPP is winning. The thing that they do not know is GOD does not make mistakes. Believe me I know my GOD and Chakwera is his choice. Of course most of them don't know what we know that facts change but truth is always the same. So me and my wife are just now quiet not participating in arguments. When it comes to what GOD said to me it is not up for discussion period. When it is all said and done GODS word will be proved right. GOD does not give details how he is going to fulfill his word. But once a word comes out of GODS mouth it is as good as done.

GOD is not compelled to tell us the details. He did not tell us that there will be wrangles or that there will be injunctions one after the other. GOD declares the end from the beginning the goes back and start the process from beginning.

He gave JOSEPH two dreams that showed him promoted to where his father even bowed to him. However he left out the details that in will involve being thrown into a well. Neither did GOD tell him that he was gonna meet a horny bosses wife who was to have him falsely accused and locked up in prison. But after all this you gotta love the ending within a day he was promoted to second to the most powerful man on earth at that time. It was fulfilled in the end after some hill and valleys.

What Malawi is going through is a massive turn around for the children of GOD. What the LORD told me and my wife is that an angel of his presence is standing at the center of Malawi and that the country will be led by the HOLY SPIRIT. We as a country are being promoted. Oh yeah and one other thing GOD has risen up for Malawi. And last but not least there will be no violence in Malawi because GODS hand is upon Malawi and we are a peace loving nation. So if you are losing heart getting unsettled don't be GOD is at work transforming our nation. There will be supernatural promotions, supernatural wealth transfer and many things just wait and see and people will be amazed and worship GOD.

Our brains are so small to understand GOD but we can count on his nature above all He is Holy. All things work together for good of those who love GOD and those who are called according to his will and purpose. This is the year of jubilee and all things are being given back to the rightful owners. Wealth from the dark world is being given to the children of GOD. Bless the name of JESUS.

How Well Do You Know Your GOD

We all claim to know GOD and offer our praise and testimonies in the church or our fellow Christians or friends. When life is smooth sailing, when all the fruits of our blessings are showing up here and there.

Then all of a sudden all hell breaks loose. You hear your pastor say GOD is faithful and you read the scripture and it says GOD shall supply all your needs according to his riches in glory by Christ JESUS. Yet you can barely get by life you are an object of scorn. Days turn to months and months to a year.

You look at your giving you give tithe faithfully you help out at church I mean the whole works. Yet GODs word seem to not come alive in your life. You go back to the bible it says give and it shall be given to you and you read Malachi 3 it says dare to bring your tithe and offering and I will open the windows of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you wont contend. Yet you look at your life it is so far from what GOD promises. Soon you are homeless you have lost everything not even a dime to your name. Friends have abandoned you. Your relatives are no where to be seen. Fellow Christians are just offering you prayers helping you fast, when what you really need is food and other basic necessities.

You are on your knees day and night coupled with fasting. This man of GOD says oh it must be ancestral curses. This one says you can change your circumstances with prayer you are not praying hard enough. This one says no you are in sin that is why GOD is not answering you. This one says you don't tithe the other one says you are not helping yourself so GOD can't help you. You look at your life and you know none of these things apply to you because of the finished work of Christ.

The more you get to know JESUS the more you are convinced that he is self existence uninfluenced by anything. Meaning even if you are unfaithful he remains faithful because it is his nature. You say GOD is good all the time and all the time GOD is good surely that makes him unchangeable in his nature. You read that GODS love is eternal and unfailing. You read further on it say GOD is merciful. You ask LORD where is your mercy? Day and night you are suffering going through reproach.

While you are going through all this GOD keeps asking so much of you, give all your clothes and this and that. pray for that one, help out here and there. He goes on to ask you to increase your tithe. Then you come across Hebrew 6:10 For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have showed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister. You look back at the sacrifice you made for GOD how you served him faithfully and you are at loss not knowing what to do.

If you ever gone through this and more then you are in good hands for our GOD is faithful to all his promises he did not give the times that it will take to fulfill every promise. Trust in GODS timing not yours. Even if it looks way too bad or beyond control. Our JESUS is the resurrection and the life even if your situation looks dead He can give life back to it.

All you need is to forget what your five senses are telling you and believe his word for it is written heaven and earth will pass away but my word shall remain. GODS word is truth and it does not change. Facts however change yes you are struggling but the truth is GOD shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory. Soon all later, the fact that you are broke will change to being a fact that you are in abundance. Look back on your life you will see how GOD has been faithful.

No matter what comes your way GOD will come through for you in the end no matter how long just hang in there and remember GOD loves you. Its alright to get frustrated at times because the pain sometimes gets intense but in your momentary pain remember GOD is orchestrating a permanent victory. Our forefathers put their trust in GOD and were not disappointed. let us hold fast to the truth that our GOD is able to do just what he said he will. It is human to try and figure out how GOD is going to bring things to pass. But GOD works in mysterious ways. It is written his ways are past finding out. Just worship our GOD and do not worry or fret. He will make good his promises period. GOD does not lie else how can he judge us.

He is all powerful he can save you right on the edge of the cliff or on the way down in midair or even let you fall to the ground and die and then resurrect you back to life.

It comes down to how well you know your GOD, If you know him as the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY whose power is unlimited.Then you really know that he has no limits and stop worrying and be still and He will show you He is GOD.

Still Small Voice

So was in church and one of the men of GOD says like GOD gives you dreams because you can not hear his still small voice.

Well I would say yes and no. Yes because sometimes we are so busy GOD would wait till we are asleep then speak things to us. And no because GOD does not always speak in still small voice only.

Yeah yeah alright he spoke to ELIJAH in a still small voice but that does not mean that it is his only way he speaks to his children. One day I was at lunch time worship center then a certain guy I know said that he wanted to have a word with me at the end of the service. In the midst of the prayers The holy spirit spoke to me to give this guy all the money I had in my pocket.

So at the end he came over and he started telling me his story it was sad. I bet he must have thought his story is what made me give him the help he needed. But the holy spirit wanted me to give him there and then but I hesitated then he went deep in his story and I can assure you the holy spirit really was very assertive told me he said again give him now. It was no still small voice more like a shout. In a way I was messing up GODS plan He wanted the guy to know it was GODS compassion not the guys story that moved GOD to intervene. Besides there was the issue of the Guys dignity that GOD wanted to preserve. Since then when I am told to give I just give and don't ask questions.

GOD uses all sorts of ways to speak to us I wrote an article about this and that was not an exclusive list those were just some of the ways. I have experienced GOD speak to me in many ways and one day He actually told me and my wife to be attentive because He will be speaking to us very often.

Sometimes I am listening to the new and a stands out I know that GOD speaking. When having a bath no matter how loud if he wants to pass a message trust me GOD will pull all the stops. It is written my sheep hear my voice they know me and I know them. The devil also speaks he has his way so GOD speaks in different ways he is not restricted to one way. The bible is like user manual you check what the bible says about GODS character.

Ok say you are sick the doctor tells you that you are so sick you are dying. Obviously you are scared but a some one comes and prays for you and declares that you are healed. After you are all alone two thought keep coming to your mind one says I am dying and your eyes and all other senses agree with fact that is clear to all. You have lost weight, you are weak; But another thought reminds you that the one who prayed for you said you are healed. Then you get the bible and check the truth about your healing. What does the bible say about your situation. Start confessing what the bible say not how you feel.

Let GOD Reveal Himself

Hebrew 8:11 No longer will they teach their neighbor, or say to one another, ‘Know the Lord,’ because they will all know me, from the least of them to the greatest.

Here is one of the biggest problem with Christianity today this scripture clearly say no need to teach each other about GOD. For all will know GOD. Now I see a lot of preachers sort of teaching people how to know GOD. Yet when the commission was given it was to tell the world about the gospel(good news). More like introduce people to JESUS Christ and the Calvary. Then after people have received Christ they get baptized by the Holy Spirit.

Now when you get baptized by the Holy Spirit then your journey with Christ truly begins. The Holy Spirit then has the task of teaching you GODS word and how to apply to your everyday life. It is sad that the Holy Spirit is the most ignored of the trinity yet the Holy Spirit is the engine behind GOD. GOD is spirit and the holy spirit was with GOD in the beginning just like the word who is JESUS. Gen 1:2. John 1.The Holy Spirit has fascinated me with mind blowing Revelations of GODS word; and the revelation of what GOD has in store for me.

Now the Holly Spirit has lead me to believe that GOD wants us to learn about Him through his spirit not a fellow man. The Holly Spirit has been tasked with teaching us all things.As you can see in John:14:26: But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. GOD new that people have a tendency to twist things of GOD. After all JESUS came and fulfilled the law then it was no longer valid it become obsolete because it was fulfilled.
Man has a tendency of adding more and more restrictions to the laws of Moses the pharisee added more burdens to the people by twisting the laws to suit them. So GOD saw a need for his son to come and show us how to apply the laws.

The scripture says in Hebrews 10:5-7

Therefore, when Christ was about to come into the world, he said to GOD:
“Sacrifice and offering you did not desire,
but a body you prepared for me;
with burnt offerings and sin offerings
you were not pleased.
Then I said, ‘Here I am—it is written about me in the scroll—
I have come to do your will, my God.’”

Now JESUS established a new way of serving GOD by doing his will meaning following the leading of the spirit. In all the walk of JESUS love and mercy were ahead of the laws. If you read the gospels JESUS healed a lot of people on the sabbath. The pharisee were outraged, because to them the law was above mercy and love. Yet ironically the arc of the covenant had the mercy seat above the tablets of the law.

It is very easy to get tangled into the traditions of the church and in the process miss GOD. In the old testament GOD was portrayed like this rigid being who wants just to punish and destroy. Yet in the person of JESUS he is such a loving caring GOD. He is so good he is almost wasteful. He became fresh to redeem us and he gave us his own spirit to help us get the best of him he elevated his word above his name so that the same standards that he expects us to live by he also is bound to it. Therefore he says heaven and earth may pass away but my world shall remain.

Previously GOD was a distant deity who no one could come near, Like on that mount Sinai. Now we can approach him with all boldness knowing that JESUS paved a way for us to fellowship with the father. Our heavenly fathers approach to us individuals varies from one individual to the next. His character remains the same from the foundation of the earth to eternity. Just because you struggled to get where you are does not mean GOD operates like that all the time.

There is so much GOD wants reveal to us but we are busy learning about GOD from our pastors or televangelist. Some preachers will go on to great length to give you so called keys or steps. just because those steps worked for the man of GOD do not mean GOD is visiting you the same way. All God wants you to do is just to seek him, yourself. You have to have your own experiences, trials that turn to testimonies.

Personally I have gone through so much but the more I experience difficulties the more I see GODS faithfulness. I have come to a point where I really do not mind what insults anyone says because they always say what the other fool before him/her said. I have just held on to GODS word for me. Now that word, no one can take it away from me.

Spend time with GOD in prayer, his word the bible, ask for a fresh revelation each time you read the bible. Praise him and worship him then he will start revealing himself to you. How he reveals himself is his prerogative just seek him. He may chose to reveal himself slowly or take to heaven at once and reveal unutterable things well he did with Paul he can do it for you. My friend GOD can do anything.

May GOD open up your mind to the limitless power of his nature and may he bless you now and for ever. Amen

Get in line with his perspective

It is a the undeniable truth that all believers can hear the voice of the Holy Spirit for themselves— with no man to teach them, they can be instructed by God Himself.Now it may seem strange to some believers that GOD wants to instruct them himself. But that is exactly what GOD wants.

We are asked to make JESUS our LORD and personal Savior. JESUS is the same yesterday today and forever. The bible says GOD does not change and that he judges us on the same standards. However what does not change about GOD is his character but his tactics changes from one person to the next. If you take time to evaluate the miracles JESUS did in the bible they were different.

JESUS said I do what I see my father do or say, meaning he would not move unless he was lead by the spirit. JESUS humbleness propelled him further, not only was he anointed to do those signs miracles and wonders he was also humble enough to ascribe the glory to whom it was due. His father alone deserved the glory and JESUS lost no time to give him all the glory. In return the father honored JESUS by praising him in front of all those present with a voice from heaven. He also performed great miracles as evidence that he sent him.

GOD is looking for people whom he can use mightily but humble enough to allow him to have an intimate relationship with them. There is no limit to what GOD can do. Allow GOD to lead you and take you on a journey. Most of us people we want what GOD promises without going through the process.

We were having a home cell meeting and one of the sisters said I don't know why GOD let his children go through so much pain. Now on that alone we can spend so much time and still not able to figure it all out.

The fact is If we could figure out GOD he will not be GOD after all. The children of Israel thought they figured him out through the pharisees and Sadducee and other sects. They thought GOD was approving all the harsh treatments to their bodies and strict rules and regulations. They missed GOD entirely because they missed the key ingredient of LOVE. JESUS healed more people on the sabbath out of mercy and to also to enlighten them but they still missed it.

JESUS had a go at the religious sects more than he ever did to sinners. JESUS showed us how to live as GOD intended from beginning. Not only did he come to die for us but he also came to show us the fatherhood of GOD. I and all believers the world over now have been given the right to be called the sons /daughters of GOD.

Now earthly father and son/daughter relationship is one that develops over time. From the moment we are born we start to fellowship with our parents. There may be several kids in the family but you don't need anyone of your siblings to tell you how to know your father. Your knowledge of your father develops with interactions, discipline here and there. If you are caught stealing you are given a smack or what ever discipline appropriate to the crime. You begin to learn how your father thinks and operates as you learn of each other.

Now GOD is like our earthly father but so much better. Our relationship with him develops as we spend time with him. We get to know what makes our heavenly father happy and what doesn't. Our heavenly father went even further to give us his very own spirit the very thing that makes GOD. My friends, GOD is so good. He gave us his son as a yard stick so must only compare our self to JESUS; not your pastor or fellow Christians.

Now to GOD there is no better example than his son JESUS he came on earth and never committed a sin in his entire life. So JESUS set the standards and all those that follow JESUS have a set of standards to adhere to. It is like this when you receive Christ you get the seed of the holly spirit in you. Now every seed has to bear fruit as Galatians put it Ga:5:22:23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, long suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. When you study Jesus you will see that he flourished with all these fruits.

As a child of GOD you are expected to also flourish with these fruits. Lets take for example faith. It is written faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of GOD. When you hear the word of GOD you develop faith. Now once you have faith it has to be demonstrated by bringing in some tests that will show if your faith is genuine. Now the fruit of the spirit can be likened to muscle, in order to develop big muscles you have to lift big weights repeatedly. It is not easy and it hurts but once your muscles get used you lift the weights with much ease.

It is the same with us, GOD wants us to bear more fruit and he will allow certain things to happen in our lives for us to develop that muscle(fruit). GOD wants whats best for us, his intention are not to harm us. As it is written I know the plans I have for you plans to prosper you, not to harm you to give you a future and hope and an expected end.

We have to renew our minds as Paul said GOD does not want to cause us pain. He wants us to trust him, to have joy when all are losing their heads. GOD wants us to be content with having more or less and still be joyful. The bottom line is GOD wants us to not get shaken by the storms of life. He wants us give even when we have nothing to give, He wants us to have faith even when every thing is against us, He wants us to return good for evil, he wants us to love the unlovable, he wants us to be at peace when there is chaos, He wants us to persevere, even when all are giving up.

If we can look at things from GOD'S point of view we are bound to be content with or without pain and afflictions. In the end people will be attracted to what you have. They will say there is something about your you. Because you will always show joy, peace, long suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance no matter what you are going through.

It is all about JESUS you will say...... and probably win them to Christ.

Tithing Why

Back in the day GOD was only worshiped in JERUSALEM but that changed when the holy spirit came on the scene. The Israelis were predominantly farmers so they were mainly asked to bring either livestock or produce as tithe and offering. But now we live in time that we have money as a medium of exchange. Now the store house was literal stores of the Temple where food and all sorts were stored. The produce and wine were meant for the levites and the poor like widows and orphans. So the levites used to distribute the food so that no one goes without food. So now the store house has been translated to mean a church; and tithe is now mainly money here in Africa some still give produce and livestock. Money comes in to the church and the church uses it as it sees fit. Levite now are pastors.

Now when it comes to finances we have to define the church according to New Testament to be exact the church is the body of Christ. Meaning us individuals where the spirit of the LORD now dwells. That means where we worship is nothing but a building until the followers of JESUS, the church are in it.

So when we bring our tithe to the church per say then it should also include the church members as beneficiaries. I am saddened by most preachers who only think that the money that comes into the church is meant for the pastor or prophets and their families only. There are many churches where you find the pastor living a lavish lifestyle while the actual members are living below poverty lines. Nothing wrong with living a lavish life as long as we are meeting other obligations within the church. like including the needy in church. GOD said I am the same I change not in Malachi 3:6 here He is talking about his nature of being merciful. You see he says further on,Israel you are not consumed because of his mercy. Mercy means GOD not treating us the way we deserve. At some point he also says animal sacrifices you did not desire but mercy.

We now live in a time of grace where the laws of Moses have been nailed to the cross of JESUS Christ. Let me repeat tithing as a Law of Moses was done with together with the diseases, sicknesses poverty and curses just to mention a few. JESUS said it is finished and he meant just that.

Like I said tithe as a law was nailed to the cross with JESUS Col: 2:14: Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; tithing was part of the law of Moses and when you read Deuteronomy 28 there are curses that follow when you do not obey the laws of Moses. But thanks be to JESUS who has redeemed us from the curse of the law. Ga:3:13: Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that is hanged on a tree:

So even when we do not tithe we do not fall under a curse according to scripture. Yes in Malachi GOD says you are all under a curse for you are robbing GOD. That was true then but now to those that are in Christ as it is written there is no condemnation to them that are in Christ. Then if Christ does not condemn you then who can? It's all because Christ was made our substitute. It is also written you shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free. If you gave tithe because you were scared of being under a curse then read again the bible on your own. You may disagree with me but that is the truth. scared that people will stop giving. Oh please can GOD ever fail you no never he said I will never leave you nor forsake you. Mind you the scripture says JESUS took away the curses not the blessings. So the blessings attached to the tithe still stands today but not the curses. We now give out of love for GOD and man. unfortunately most churches are not doing it GODs way they are not distributing to the needy in the church first.

I once asked GOD why the early church was moving in such great power with signs, miracles and wonders following them. Unlike these days where we have Christians following signs, Miracles, and wonders. Here is a scripture I was given Act:2:44:45 And all that believed were together, and had all things common; And sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man had need.

The main facts were: they were in one spirit, there was no one lacking as they sold things and parted to all according to their needs. In other words they did not just give to a man of GOD but to all the church according to their needs. Many people have been ripped off by money hungry men of GOD. You notice church buildings are growing bigger and flamboyant at the expense of the real church. Mind you there is nothing wrong with a mega church as long as we are flowing in line with the heart of JESUS. He wants his body to be provided for not only pastors but all church members. It is not only the pastor who has a need there are more people who are struggling with everyday life. Some churches here In Malawi have like a day to bless the pastors, completely forgetting the rest of the needy church. Those are all well and good but take a look within the church sort out their needs first then you can go out. You can not just give to pastors without attending to the church also.

Televangelist are not exempt it is pathetic how they practically beg and using tricks to rip off unsuspecting people. Some pester you with emails, Oh boy they will beg and beg using all sorts of gimmicks just to entice you to give. Do not get me wrong it is good to give to help the word go far but not through gimmicks. Now most say tithe belongs to your local church and some say the tithe belong to where you are fed. Meaning if you are watching TV you can give to them instead of your local church.

I heard a story that Lakewood before Joel Osteen’s dad passed away he used to tell his congregation to put percentages for where their tithe should go besides Lakewood. Now that was the spirit and I am sure Lakewood would not have been where it is now had it not been for such steps of boldness. They lost their life and in the end they gained. Let us be realistic resources are the life of the church. To evangelize, to support the widows and orphans and other outreaches you need resources; and even to pay salaries.

Here is my take on the entire tithe and offering business, you may disagree with me. This is how the spirit of GOD lead me to believe. I would say your tithe and offering belong to where ever the Holy Spirit leads you to give. Oh yes, we are now under grace and the laws are in our hearts JESUS left us two laws to love GOD with all our hearts, mind and spirit and to love one another as he loved us. Now if you love someone you make sure they are provided for and that there is always no one lacking. GOD removed tithing as a law so that we should tithe at the leading of the spirit as it is written we have been given a spirit of love. Tithing as law meant giving a tenth of your income but now the Holy Spirit may lead you to give more than a tenth. The Holy Spirit wants you to give sacrificially; He knows it makes GOD to go prodigal with his goodness. Come on let us be realistic if we are only meant to give ten percent why were those two husband and wife killed acts 5:1-10. They were against the spirit of love. These were killed for our sakes to let us know what the Holy Spirit desires us to do.

I personally have been going through a tough time but through the reading of the Holy Spirit I have increased my tithing to twenty percent. And also through the leading of the Holy Spirit I got a loan from a bank and used my truck as collateral the Holy Spirit spoke to my heart to give tithe out of the loan. Previously I have heard men of GOD preach in our church that when you get a loan you tithe from the profits of what ever you invest in. Now the amazing thing is that we are living in a time of grace where we have a prodigal GOD who wants to give so much more than we can imagine. Now if I had listened to my pastor I would have lost out on a huge blessing. I followed the Holy Spirit who has no protocol as it is written he is like a wind and blows where ever he wants. It turns out that time our church was having a 30 day crusade and it had no money. The tithe that we gave was exactly what the church needed. I was only told this, years later. Now you see pastors are limiting Christians giving by clinging to the rule and regulations about giving. GOD loves a cheerful giver more like GOD loves a crazy giver. God likes people who dare him, who go an extra mile. JESUS said it, if you are asked to help some one for a mile go an extra mile. The golden rule of every Christian is to be lead by the spirit. Now go where ever you worship and see if they operate in the spirit.

Heard a testimony of a woman here in Malawi who was going through financial difficulties there was no food at her house,rent over due. she was working but the husband had lost a job and her salary could not sustain them. When she received the pay check that month it was even difficult. The money was no where near the bills and expenses. That day she just took all the money in tears to church and told GOD you deal with it I don’t know what else to do or where to start. The pastor took the money prayed for her and off she went. The husband was at home waiting saying at least today we will eat its the wife's payday. He was hungry the children were hungry sees the wife coming with just her hand bag. The husband was furious where is the food? the wife told him she gave all her salary to GOD she did not know what else to do. As they were busy arguing a knock on the door. Another man and woman were at the door they asked them to come in, but they refused just told them we have been told by GOD to bring you food today. They brought them food enough for three months and money enough to pay rent for three months and some left over. Within two days the husband was employed given a company car and a house in one of the posh area. Till today they are a rich family. Come to think of it she could have given her tithe of ten percent and kneel down and claim the promise of Malachi 3:10. Nothing touches GOD more than a sacrificial giving. You see what I mean crazy giving brings crazy miracles.

The devil knows the power of giving and he know that it brings miracles. GOD in. Lu:6:38: Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure you give it shall be measured to you again. Giving is the way to touch GOD we Christians are meant to be GODs hands and feet. It is so easy for GOD to come himself or send his angels to give to those struggling. But you have to understand GOD wants to bless his children In the process. So are you willing to be a blessing? Then yield yourself to the Holy Spirit and start giving sacrificially forget ten percent. There is a scripture that says GOD is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that you can ask think or pray for through the power that works in you. The key ingredient is the power that works in you. It is a fact that we all have the same spirit of GOD and same power working within us all. But what separates one from another is how much you yield to the Holy Spirit. Is the holly spirit the leading figure or is he some faint thing that you don’t even realize exists. It is the Holy Spirit that knows all things about GOD, His plans and what your future holds. So when you are led to give by the spirit, he is just positioning you to receive so much more from GOD.

Yes indeed men of GOD are abusing the system but GOD is offering you a way out ask his Holy Spirit to lead you. It is undeniable truth that GOD wants us to give out of love not law.

Get Back To The bible

It saddens me to note that most prophets, pastors and preachers not all mind you are usually into slaying in the spirit. I got a preacher I love as a friend but every time he prays for me or other people he wants us to fall down as a sign that we have received. That really does my head in and often times I avoid him laying his hands on me. Don't get me wrong I know for a fact that slaying in the spirit happens but I just think it should not become a ritual period. Most pastors are robbing the HOLLY SPIRIT of his rightful place he is the comforter, more like the engine behind a Christian. Now most pastors have resorted to gimmicks and evil spirits to perform counterfeit miracles. When you read acts 16 there is an issue of a girl who could tell the future more like a fortune teller. It is sad that now the devil is no longer in pubs but churches, dressing up like an angel of light. I have often wondered why the children of Israel were abandoning the LORD their GOD for idols now I think it is human to always want to control our circumstances. So humans tend to want a GOD they can manipulate. People go all the way to tell GOD to take out his word in the bible just because his word is not coming alive so to say in their live.

I don't know where you are but here in Africa prophets are all over the place giving people so called anointed water more like the devils anointed water. And some have even gone all the way to make anointed candles and some anointed soaps. They say once you wash yourself with this soap your sins will be washed away and you have salvation. What a load of nonsense. Mostly, it’s women who fall prey to such nonsense. Come on people lets get back to the bible. It is written there is only one name under earth upon whom we are saved that is the name of JESUS. Romans: 10:10, John 3:16, Act: 4:12, 1Th:5:9, Ro: 1:16, Eph: 1:13. When we read these scriptures we are convinced that salvation comes through believing in JESUS and what he did on the cross. It is only the blood of Jesus that is able to cleanse us of all unrighteousness.

It is time for the church to wake up these prophets are nothing but false and fraud. Time and again we are reminded of what the LORD JESUS said you shall know them by their fruits. The are usually money hungry, sleeping around with most of the women in church, very dominating taking the glory for themselves instead of giving the glory to whom it belongs JESUS Christ. Now placards or adverts are calling people to come experience breakthrough and all other things, they put ahead of Christ JESUS. Instead of inviting people, to hear more about the gospel of JESUS CHRIST. JESUS said seek you first the kingdom of GOD and his righteousness and all things will be added to you. My friend’s blessings should be chasing you not the other way round. Come on let us make JESUS the center of it all form heaven all the way to our hearts. He JESUS is really the center of the universe.

No matter the problem or the disease, illness, infection or symptoms when you rebuke it in the name of JESUS it goes away. Now at one time it may go there and then or you may need to take steps of faith or you may need to wait and continue speaking words of faith like I am healed even when you are in pain. The spirit of the LORD is like wind it blows where it wants. But if you invest your time in a relationship with JESUS Christ you will be able to sense the Spirit. As I always say when you are intimate with JESUS he will direct you by the HOLLY SPIRIT and tell you how it is going to go. That is the key follow the Spirit.

One day my wife who has an anointing in healing and deliverance was told by the SPIRIT of the LORD to go visit a woman in hospital who had died earlier but resurrected. When she arrived the patient was still very ill, she was practically being fed like a baby. She felt very weak from the presence of the Spirit of the LORD and she told the bewildered people around the bed that the LORD was saying the woman was coming out of the hospital the next day. Now quoting the other pastor who was with wife in his own words he said “I could not believe she just said that, I looked at the patient there was no way she could get out the next day”. But to the amazement of all present the patient was discharged the next day. Why did it happen? Because, she followed the leading of the spirit, she spoke thing that are not as If they are.
Now these false prophets and preachers want instant healings all the time so they are using witch craft or gimmicks even hiring people to pretend being sick. It is really pathetic to note that even those pastors or preachers that are genuine are also carried away. They are busy laying hands on women, screaming come out supposedly delivering them from demons. Boy do they put on a show especially when the woman seems to be responsive they take their time. I am saying women because women are usually the ones who are culprits most of the time. I heard one of my cousins a female saying “my pastor told me that the LORD told him to teach me the bible so we are having private lessons”. So I asked her did you pray about it. She says no, aaah big mistake. Next thing you know the pastor is sleeping with girl. I do not care whether your pastor is who or what when someone tells you about GOD’s message tell them thanks I will pray about it first. GOD always confirms his word. It is written test the spirits.

It would seem most preachers want a mega church without going through GOD’s process. As the scripture says seek you first the kingdom of GOD and its righteousness then all things will be added on to us. Well it seems though with these fake preachers all things are being placed before the kingdom and his righteousness

Friends let us get back to the bible read it and pray that GOD reveal his word to us; and you will be amazed and can not be move by any wind of doctrine. GOD wants those who worship him now to do it in truth and spirit. Truth is the word of GOD (bible) and spirit is to be led by the Holy Spirit. If you worship in truth and in spirit you can never go wrong.

GOD Has A Reason For It All

GOD does not show off nor is he interested in gimmicks. When GOD does something spectacular there are usually reasons for it. Of course we should not forget that GOD is merciful it is his nature to heal, provide, protect and be the source of all things. While you are being made whole, if you are not saved you get introduced to GOD with a bang. Even those around you who need salvation they get to see what GOD can do in your life and believe he can do for them too. He also might be confirming his message of the good news with signs miracles and wonders. To entice some lost souls he may have to pull off something spectacular believe me he does not show off. There is a reason why GOD blesses us, ask Him. Say heavenly Father thank you for the healing or provision or what ever He has done for you and then ask help me to be a blessing to others. Believe me God will show you how you can be a blessing. Being a blessing is not only about money, your healing can be a blessing to someone if you share your testimony.

Just to illustrate a certain woman came to our church during week days she was so sick that she died. Unknown to her and the other pastor, was that my wife had been told by God through a prophesy that in a few days someone was going to be sick and she should pray for him/her. Six days later that woman got sick some how my wife was there and she prayed for her with this other pastor interceding for her and she died in their hands. But as she was being taken to hospital my wife and the pastor she interceding for her and she miraculously came back to life. So the HOLY SPIRIT to ensure that my wife gets it that she (patient) was the sign GOD spoke about, told my wife to go to the hospital to tell the patient, that GOD has called her to minister to people and speak about his healing power. Another guy who brought the sick woman also has since been called to ministry. So you see healing that occurred to one woman has greatly affected many around her. I and my wife thought it was just our sign that GOD has promised. Yet it was also a calling on the sick woman; and the other guy who was bold enough to bring her to church, has since received a calling from GOD.

A few weeks later the other pastor with my wife was unceremoniously transferred to a smaller church that was practically dead. Guess to what area, the same area that the woman is from. So who are going to boost the numbers of the church? The same people who witnessed the miracle because the story attracted many people to the woman’s house (One healed). When the doctors checked that sick woman they found nothing wrong with her till today. GOD is amazing.

What I am I saying GOD does not do things to show off, there are reasons for it. What has happened to you lately or should we say what has GOD done to you? Tell others, give a testimony you never know some one may be greatly encouraged by what GOD has done to your life.

Sometimes there may be delays because the audiences to witness the miracle are not there yet. And at times you may go through a long and tough process so that you can testify about your personal experiences. There is no better testimony than ones personal experience. We all know and have read about great miracles that happen in the bible. I love this scripture Isa:64:4: For since the beginning of the world men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither hath the eye seen, O God, beside thee, what he has prepared for him that wait upon the LORD. GOD is a miracle working GOD, he is indeed supreme. His power is unlimited we limit GOD because of our small thinking, sometimes GOD is so quite and we panic and move too soon. No matter how long things take let us remember to testify to others. You never know what that may do to their situation. Not many people believe such miracles happen in real life until you tell them what GOD is doing. GOD is who his word say he is not what you experience. What I’m saying is that GOD's character does not change it does not matter what you go through he has stayed the same through the ages.

Sometimes it helps to check out the internet for testimonies of others in a similar situation while waiting on GOD. I get greatly encouraged by other people’s testimonies. When you hear such testimonies you get to see that indeed JESUS is the same yesterday, today and forever. Be reminded that your Journey, your pain your victories, your delays, your testimonies are not only for you, they are meant to be a blessing to others. Believe me GOD does not show off there is a reason to all things.

Your Breakthrough Is Greater Than Your Pain

JESUS rightly put it no servant is better than his master JESUS went through shame humiliation he even sweated blood, stressed out beyond coping yet GOD shut up the heavens. GOD's own begotten son who just a few chapters before said Father I know you always answer me.That was when he was praying for Lazarus.Yet at that time the same GOD who loves JESUS and always answered JESUS ignored his request. For your sake and mine and also because of the glory that was set before him. Sometimes GOD will shut up the heavens on you and you pray and pray and nothing is happening. Get this GOD knows that your breakthrough is greater than your pain. It may seem unfair or it may seem like everything is crushing on you, but just hold on behind all that is a breakthrough.

When Moses told pharaoh that GOD wanted him to release the children of Israel he started treating them harshly twice as harsh. But when Moses complained, GOD said, pharaoh is not going to let you go because I have harden his heart. What? GOD hardened pharaoh’s heart. You see sometimes your problems may delay due to GOD's hardening your enemies, but don't lose heart it is so that he can multiply his signs and wonders and completely finish your enemy. GOD had a permanent rescue plan while the children of Israel wanted momentary relief. As it is written all things work together for good of those who love GOD and were called according to his purposes.

If you are a child of GOD then, be ready to be used by GOD for his purposes. He uses you to make known his name into the world, at first it were the Jews. Now it is all who are in Christ whether Jew or gentile. Now it has to be known that GOD will always reward you for your trouble. The way I look at it is once you surrender yourself to JESUS you give GOD the right to use you for his glory. Heb 6:10 For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have showed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister. GOD always rewards those who are his and when pass through to the other side victory is waiting. yeah sometimes it gets tough but push on the level of resistance determines the level of your breakthrough.

Following JESUS is not for chickens, you are like soldiers you have to toughen up. It is written he learned obedience through suffering. But Christ JESUS after he went through the pain, shame, stress and humiliation he was ascended to heaven far above every principality, authority, dominion or power in heaven and on earth and in the sea and is seated at the right hand of the Majesty on HIGH, Almighty GOD and he has been given a name far greater that every name in heaven and here on earth and under the sea.

If the master was lifted high then you also will be lifted far above your friends and enemies those that were making fun of you will come and apologies. Be ready GOD is lifting you up beyond your imagination thoughts or prayers it you stay the course. Just hang in there for now is your time for manifestation of your breakthrough; And like JESUS, GOD is rewarding you, double for your trouble. Why worry your breakthrough is much greater than your pain this too shall pass. JESUS loves you my friend.

Your pain can never outshine your Breakthrough. Look at Joseph he was promoted in an instant he completely forgot his troubles. Like Joseph GOD is visiting you in a special way and you will completely forget what you went through.

Scandal Called Grace

Hebrews:8:10:12 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:And they shall not teach every man his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest. For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.

Now to understand the times we are in this is the scripture that we really need to understand. Now one day I picked up the bible and I was introduced to the scandal called grace. When you study the bible from genesis you will find grace all over Abraham sinned by doubting GOD so he helped GOD. Slept with his maid he laughed, he disobeyed GOD by taking Lot when he was told to leave all family behind. Yet when you come to New Testament you hear only about the faith of Abraham. If you read Ro:4:19: 20 And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sara's womb: He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God; Now if you double check with genesis, Abraham made some mistakes but GOD did not mention in new testament. This proves that GOD only remembers the good bits he has no time for collecting a list of your sins.

Well GOD's grace is amazing he said in Heb 8:12: For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more. There is a change friends GOD remembers our sins no more even iniquities. The iniquities are sins we know are wrong but do it anyway. Say for example you are married man or woman somehow you make a mistake and cheat on your spouse not out of habit. That sin GOD counts it no more. Of course you will feel remorse if you are a true follower of Christ. But to GOD you are still righteous. I will give you an example, One day me and my wife were worshiping and The HOLY SPRIT told us to tell a certain man of GOD that he had forgive him all and that he will raise him up with such great power. By then we did not even have a clue what this man of GOD was up to. Now two days later stories started coming out shameful. He had slept with most married or single women in his church even forcing himself on some of them, impregnated some, being caught red handed and being blackmailed on and on. When the story came out there was an exodus at his church. Remember GOD said tell him I have forgiven him all. By the time we were telling him he was still doing those things. Surprised? do not be. If God justifies who I’m I to condemn. After all it is the goodness of GOD that brings repentance(Rom 2:4b) Another scripture says For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance (Ro:11:29)GOD does not make mistakes period.

GODS grace is a scandal indeed. Should we say GOD is promoting this behavior? Not at all. But when peter asked JESUS how many times should I forgive my friend what did he say M't:18:22: Jesus said unto him, I say not to forgive only seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.Basically JESUS was saying forgive always. So wouldn’t it be double standards If GOD says forgive always and he fails to forgive us. My friends JESUS paid in full our penalty for sin he dealt with sin once and for all. We are dead to sin in other ways sin has no grip over us. It is written I will never leave you nor forsake you. Have you made a mistake yeah big deal move on repent, meaning turn from your sins.

The Jews were punished severely for any disobedience and it was swift and instant yet now JESUS has suspended judgment until the last day. Do not judge, before time, you also make mistakes just like your friends. When one make a mistake let us love them and embrace them and encourage them. Pray for them that the LORD should restore them.
In John :8: 1-11 When that woman who was caught in the act of adultery was brought before JESUS he said let him without sin cast the first stone and all left without throwing a single stone. Now here is the amazing part JESUS said neither do I condemn you GO and sin no more. Wait a minute God himself did not condemn the woman but just said go and sin no more. Do you think she went back to sin? No way. She had just experienced the goodness of GOD. GOD's grace is GOD giving us what we don’t deserve. She deserved death but was given life instead.

I have these friends who accused a fellow Christian to our pastor of drinking alcohol saying all sorts of things about them. Yet it turns out they also drink alcohol. I saw them with my own eyes, yet they were busy accusing their friends. That is pure hypocrisy at its best.Judge not so that you are not judged.

If anything get this, judgment has been suspended until the day of the LORD. We are now under grace, amazing grace and this is the covenant we have that was sealed with the blood of JESUS. Our sins are remembered no more.

GOD is our father and he has adopted us as it is written as many as are led by the spirit he gave them the right to be call the sons of GOD. Now father son/daughter relationships is one where your kid does wrong or should we say was naughty you tell him off and move on, If you truly love your kid. You do not count his/her wrongs that they have done. You know growing up is a process and so is Christianity. As a Christian you have to grow, some grow fast, some need a push. GOD's love for us is so much better than our love for our kids.

Now in our walk with JESUS let us be like JOHN who is best known as the man that JESUS loved. If you notice it is only in his gospel that it is recorded as a man that JESUS loved. Should we say JESUS loved him more than his other apostle friends? Not at all. But he was emphasizing the fact that he was aware of JESUS love for him and he embraced it. SO let us imitate JOHN and boast about JESUS love for us. When the devil whispers to us what we did wrong let us remind him that JESUS loves us no matter what. So much so that he gave himself for our sins paid them in full past, present and future.

Oh what manner of love is this that he ravished on us? This is the true GOSPEL (good news) yeah the scandal called grace. GOD is so good his goodness is almost wasteful. You got to love GOD. I am crazy about this GOD.
